Jeffrey M. Dennen, PE is the other co-founder of Iron City Structures, LLC. He started as a Structural Design Engineer with Armco in 1987. He has also worked as an Estimating Engineer and Sales Service Engineer with Armco, and as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. He then spent most of the next 16 years as an Engineering Manager with 3 PEMB companies, leading groups of engineers, Detailers, CAD Operators, and Customer Service individuals. Jeff then decided to go into sales, inheriting a metal building territory of portions of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. He took that territory from a volume of $3.2M in sales to over $11M, earning the Chairman’s Sales Award for exceptional performance in 2015. Jeff is a registered PE in 25 states, including OH, PA, NY, KY, WV, IN, MI, and NJ. He has worked on thousands of projects with all levels of complexity, including designing the Rome Church of Christ shown on the cover that was featured in Metal Architecture magazine in September of 1992. Jeff has a BSCE degree (emphasis in Structural Engineering) from Marquette University, and an MBA degree (majoring in Finance) from Xavier University.

Gary J. Norman is one of the co-founders of Iron City Structures, LLC, a premier supplier of pre-engineered steel structures for the commercial, industrial and institutional markets. Gary has dedicated the last 30 plus years to the pre-engineered industry in both practical & managerial capacities. As Owner & General Manager of Norcorp Steel Erectors, his team erected steel buildings for major General Contractors and Industries throughout the northeast for 16 years. Subsequent to working as an erector, Gary was employed as a District Sales Manager for two large pre-engineered metal building companies over the course of 15 years covering New York, Vermont, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Long Island. In this capacity, he received the Sales Achievement Award, the Superior Sales Performance Award, and the Top Volume District Sales Manager Awards.
